The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth Jones as Chairman to the ACDM effective from 23rd February 2022. Gareth, who is Managing Director (MD) at Solar Fabrications Ltd brings with him over 22 years of experience within the fenestration industry having held numerous positions in REHAU for 20 years and latterly MD of Profine (Kommerling). He was also a Board Director of the GGF from April 2017 to March 2021.
Gareth states, “I have worked for premium brands over the years I am a strong advocate for quality and doing things right, which is of course what all members of ACDM subscribe to and practice. My priorities are to raise the profile of the ACDM and add value for members through their association with the ACDM. I would also like to work alongside other industry bodies to ensure members are fully informed of technical and legislative changes within the industry”.
Outside of work Gareth is a keen follower of Cardiff City, golf and Amateur Dramatics.
